Children's Library (Located in the Atrium) Now Open!
This year we are doing a new curriculum for 3-5 grade Sunday School with a culminating art show that will be displayed on Pentecost Sunday. In order to complete aspects of their projects, I am collecting old magazines and Christmas Cards until Monday, October 2. Any magazines and Christmas cards will be accepted. There will be two labeled boxes in the front office to donate items. If you have any questions, please contact Kate Cline at kate@cecbg.com or 270-969-8951.
Sunday School Starts at 9:00am

Children's Faith Formation
Children's Christian education, commonly known as spiritual formation, is a foundation upon which a lifetime of Christian descipleship is built. At Christ Church, our aim is to foster a relationship with God through worship, education, and creative artistic reflection. Through programs engaging children creatively, intellectually, and spiritually, each child will grow to have a deeper understanding of God, themselves, and how to carry that understanding into the community and world.

Children's Church
Children's Church is held during the 10am worship service for ages 18 months through 3rd grade year round. Father Steve and Mother Becca take turns teaching each week. Children are dismissed from worship during the Gloria and return during the Passing of the Peace for Communion. Children under 18 months are welcome in the Atrium and must be accompanied by their caregivers. The Atrium is located just outside the church nave.

Sunday School
Sunday School is held during the regular academic year and meets Sunday mornings from
9:00am-9:50am. It is offered to all ages beginning at 2 years of age. Classes are divided into two classrooms: Pre-K-2 and 3-5. They rotate between the Linder Education and Administration Building and The Atrium. Godly Play is the Montessori-based curriculum currently being used in PreK-2. In grades 3-5, the curriculum is The Way of Love. Classes for children and youth are available weekly during the academic year.
